At I Love Brigadeiro, all of our products are freshly made, handcrafted, and prepared with care. Due to the nature of our products, we follow specific guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure food safety and quality. Made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations.
❌ No Returns on Food Items
Because our products are perishable, returns or exchanges are not permitted. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been prepared, shipped, or picked up.
This policy complies with food safety regulations and helps us guarantee the freshness and quality of everything we deliver.
✅ Refunds & Replacements (When Applicable)
Your satisfaction matters to us. Refunds or replacements may be offered only in the following situations:

For local pickup orders, products must be collected on the agreed date and time
